AMgivingback retain both paper and electronic copies of  contact details, photographic images, sound recordings and videos to keep you informed of news, upcoming activities and events. 

To share contact details with our volunteers in order to arrange sessions and to sensitively promote our services.

Data Retention

We review information held annually and remove any unused contact details. 

We will delete any individual contact details upon request sent to :
